The word went out...the prayer warriors were galvanized into action...Jacquelyn Cordero, at the age of 31, contracted H1N1 (swine flu) in the late fall of 2009!  Jacque, already fighting diabetes, was struck hard and fast with the virus and was immediately placed in ICU fighting for her life!

The hospital in Medford was unable to fight the H1N1 in an aggressive manner and Jacque was losing the fight for her life.  The physicians said it was one of the worst cases recorded in the U.S., and she was air-lifted to Portland to a larger facility in hopes of a better outcome.

Doctors from other countries were called and consulted...prayers were flying everywhere, savings were being spent, songs of worship were being sung...and through all that, Jacque continued to be in a coma with no idea if she would ever recover.

BUT...God is Great!!  And he heard the cries of his children asking for healing and mercies.

Jacquelyn Cordero is on her way to recovery...slowly...carefully...painfully...but SAVED!!

Her heart and lungs are scarred and it is difficult for her to walk and breathe.  The diabetes gets "sent off the charts"...she is unable to work and Disability denied her claim! (don't you love the bureaucracy?)

While it will be a year or two, according to her doctors, before she will be back to "normal" health, she decided that her rehabilitation would be better spent doing something she loves and excels in...jewelry design and production!

To help her in financial difficulties and to keep her mind off the pain in her body, Jacque has started offering her jewelry for sale on the Lamb'S Choppe store site!!

Check it out and help the Jacque Fund in any way you can!!  God loves a happy and generous giver.
