Mission & Strategies

We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this fellowship, the Body of Christ and our surrounding community.

In order to achieve this mission we will:

1.    Strive to be an "open-door" church, actively reaching out and welcoming all persons

2.    Give our very best efforts toward our frequent gatherings

3.    Provide opportunities for service, outreach, and improvement in our community

4.    Consistently model the body of Christ in our inclusiveness of the gifts of all persons and in our relationships with one another as a covenant community

We accomplish this through:

1.    Relevant and challenging teaching from our pastoral staff

2.    A free expression of praise and worship whenever we come together

3.    A commitment to prayer and fellowship

4.    A genuine hunger for God's Word

5.    A sincere desire to exalt Christ

6.    A willingness to be led by the Holy Spirit

7.    A passion to disciple all Christians

8.    An unconditional expression of love toward unbelievers

We desire to become servants of God by serving: each other, our church, and our community, to become more like Christ by seeking His direction, by displaying His Love, and by meditating on and studying His Word.

Declaration

Because of my salvation through Jesus Christ,

I am free from the law of sin and death.

I am an original creation of immeasurable worth

designed by my Father for His good pleasure!

He delights in me!

My God accepts me without reservation;

I am totally loved and totally forgiven;

holy and blameless in His sight.

I am complete in Christ Jesus.

When my life reflects who I am in Christ,

I fulfil a unique position that is essential

to keeping the body of Christ healthy,

an image of life in Christ to the world.

I no longer live for myself; I live for my Savior,

and I serve at the pleasure of my King.
